Design Restrictions for Customization:

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing Restrictions:

• Maximum design size: 2.5 inches by 4 inches.
• Designs must be submitted in PNG format with a transparent background.
• For best results PNG should be 300 dpi or higher; Lower quality PNG may be blurry.
• Color accuracy may vary slightly due to the printing process.

Embroidery Design Restrictions:

• Maximum design size: 2 inches by 4 inches.
• Designs should avoid very fine lines or small text, as they may not embroider clearly.
• Intricate details may not be captured; bold and simple designs work best.
• Limit of 6 thread colors per design for optimal clarity and detail.
• Embroidery designs must be submitted in DST or PES format.
• PNG Files will need to be digitized adding 2 additional days to production times.

Embroidery Text Design Restrictions:

• Font Size:  Font height of 0.25 inches to 2 inches and max 4 inches width. Font height and width will depend on amount of characters.
• Character Limit: Limit text to 10-14 characters per line to accommodate the limited space on hat fronts.
• Line Limit: Restrict text to 1-2 lines to prevent overcrowding the design area on the hat.
